Hey, thats no rallye, thats a 106 GTi 16V. The original Series 2 rallye has an 1,6 101hp Engine, other carpet, other speedometer, other seats and doorboards….. There a really a lot 106 s2 on the market with rallye Sticker Kit, but the real ones a very rare. By myself i have 3 GTi, 2 XSI, other 106 and 205 GTi. Greetings
It’s an original Rallye with CNFX chassis plate (CNFX is always a rallye) It’s the final version with 1.6 16v. THE S2 versions had 1.6 8v at the begging and from 1999 I think till the end of the production it had 1.6 16v engine. Gti’s from Rallyes had big differences. We restore a rallye not a gti with rallye stickers…. Also the car has a FIA young timers registration card so no GTI I am sorry 😊. Greetings too.

In some countries like Greece and Italy I think, they were sold officially from the dealerships as rallyes 16v from 1998 till 2003.
