- After having Wendy for a year, it was time to do some Reno in Reno! This is the first phase of our plans to change things up while we are here in Reno Nevada for a travel nurse contract. Kristin has an idea to cut out the wall and the dining room gets a new look.

Thank you! It's really opened up our living area AND we can access the kitchen fully without opening a slide which is a great when were are traveling.

Omg! I’d love to go to an IKEA store! Ha ha but my husband...not so much😂 Love the projects! Love’ love 💕 how excited the kids and grandparents were to see each other! So heartwarming 🥰. Now back to more bing watching! ( I think our husbands would really hit it off! They have so much in common)!
Thanks! We area still loving the white although it's wearing down in some areas. I don't mind the touch ups though. And that moment with the grandparents... well it really stuck with everyone. My parents have purchased an RV and are planning their full time travels soon! ❤ Hope to cross paths with you sometime.
Thanks to both of you for showing all these modifications on Wendy. We just took possession on our rig the same model passport 3351bh 5 days ago and I'm looking at cutting onto our wall already. We are a new full-time family so thanks for all the information you guys provide.

Love the reno :-) and thanks for the great tips on the booth dinette table "legs". That is something I hadnt heard before. The wife and I love that table at IKEA. We wanted one back in our apartment days because it can totally fold up and be shoved against the wall for even more space. Glad to see they still make it :-)

It really is great for the RV. We love that it can be pushed out of the way and make our space feel bigger. It also allows us to get to the kitchen when the slide is closed - a bonus we just discovered. Thanks for watching and commenting! :)
Have enjoyed your remodel videos. We are thinking of getting that same Ikea table for a small travel trailer we have. I noticed there is a metal railing on the wall behind it. What is that used for? Our tt is so small we would never be able to open both sides of the table so I'm wondering if it was support for that end of the table when you extend it all the way out?
It's not a metal bar, its actually a rolled up clear table cloth to try to protect it from my kids. It didn't last long though. Haha.
Hey John... Do you remember the saying " Measure twice and cut once"?????? Still looking good. Where did you find the cabinet door? I could use one too... Happy Easter to you all and hope that the kids find all the Easter Eggs....
Haha!! It was awkward without the right tools but we got it done. We used a cabinet door from the booth we tore out. It was just the right size. Hey how's your F150 treating you? Happy Easter!!

Ikea was such a disappointment now.
Oh really? A lot of RVers use things from there. We only have a couple of things but generally find good stuff.
