- This is a quick video on how to remove the cheek pads in the Airoh Valor motorcycle helmet for washing or to add speakers for a comms system. To add speakers remove the cheek pads, peel the lower border of the lining away from the polystyrene and you should have enough space to slide them in. There is a channel for the wire to sit in.

An intercom assembly video would be amazing, i was searching a video on how to assembly intercom on a airoh valor helmet
Does it have the speaker pockets for intercoms? Thanks
It has recesses for the speakers to sit in
Hello you can show me, how install intercom?
Do you mean how to attach the actual intercom device to the helmet? If so that's something you'll have to try and figure out yourself with the unit you have. Usually it's double sided sticky tape or mine was a clamp that has to be screwed tight to the shell of the helmet.
@@Willtc97 how atachmen the speakers inside, I installed and it's uncomfortable. Sorry for my bad English
@@pablocarrasco4721 you might need to add in or remove some foam, it depends on your system, mine fit in neatly to the indentation
@@Willtc97 I have cardo 4+
@@pablocarrasco4721 they just slot in, unless they're too big for your helmet
So did it sit back down?
Yeah just do the reverse
@@Willtc97 I'm afraid of breaking the foam when removing it.
@@Achnfrlar1 I was too. if you see on the video, I had my fingers quite far forward and when it's removed you can see the small pin that it clicks on to, that's the area you need to focus on. Maybe a butter knife would be best to slide down in that area?
@@Willtc97 This is great idea! I hope I can succeed :) Thank you for your answers, you have a Turkish friend.
Yes. The cheek pads SNAP out....quite literally SNAP
