How to Remove the Cheek Pads (Liner) on the Airoh Valor Helmet

  • This is a quick video on how to remove the cheek pads in the Airoh Valor motorcycle helmet for washing or to add speakers for a comms system. To add speakers remove the cheek pads, peel the lower border of the lining away from the polystyrene and you should have enough space to slide them in. There is a channel for the wire to sit in.

      It has recesses for the speakers to sit in

      Do you mean how to attach the actual intercom device to the helmet? If so that's something you'll have to try and figure out yourself with the unit you have. Usually it's double sided sticky tape or mine was a clamp that has to be screwed tight to the shell of the helmet.

      @@pablocarrasco4721 you might need to add in or remove some foam, it depends on your system, mine fit in neatly to the indentation

      ​@@Achnfrlar1 I was too. if you see on the video, I had my fingers quite far forward and when it's removed you can see the small pin that it clicks on to, that's the area you need to focus on. Maybe a butter knife would be best to slide down in that area?
