Hello Peter, been watching these videos of yours for a while, loving your setup, it looks so complete it’s perfect 👍 and you have some amazing trains - enjoyed this episode, it went well with a nice brew 👍 cheers, Dave
Hi Dave and thanks. I watch your channel as well and enjoy your storylines. The 'little' people always seem to be up to something or other and you have come a long way in a shot time. I see your a fellow inox2 user as well but also I think the WD40 contact cleaner does the same which again you have, however I believe the inox will ruin traction tires. Not I think that you or I have any locos fitted with them. So anyway all the best Dave, carry on your doing a good job and thanks for kind comments Cheers take care Peter
Hi Peter. Brilliant running vlog. Biffa truck looks great. Bins and little people add that realistic scene. Time and patience you put into your layout is amazing. Great skills mucker. Thanks Peter. ....Pete....
Thanks very much Pete, the dust cart is a little dio all of its own if you stick it next to any bins. Was a must have for the layout. All the very best take care Peter
Hello Peter, I have been watching and enjoying your videos for some time now from here on Long Island, New York, USA. I have had 2 Accurascale Class 37s with motor issues. Had to return to the UK for motor replacement. The last one came back home only to not work again. With the go ahead from Accurascale, I opened it up to find that one of the wires to the motor was not connected. Your video on addressing the motor problem was a great help. I have not seen replacement motors available anywhere on line. My question is, where did you obtain your replacement motors. I would like to obtain one or two more 37s, but would like to have a little insurance in the form of spare motors as the shipping charges back to Accurascale have become very high, even though they do reimburse with a future purchase discount for the amount. Thank you for sharing what you do. It is truly informative and enjoyable, George Lind
Hi George and thank you. My motors came from Accurascale themselves. They needed video proof that there was a problem which I sent them with a request that they send me the new motors and I would change them myself, which they did. I have changed two motors with the ones they sent and the locos are running fine and have been running a lot longer than when they first went wrong. The third is still working fine after I had cleaned the motor. I really think they had a bad batch of motors, so any new motors should be free of the problem and if they changed your motors it should be fine. All the best from me from over the pond Peter
Peter love love love your setup my friend I’m up in blackpool and love your videos can’t wait for the next for me the longer the better it really shows what can be achieved if you follow someone like you Your couplings could be sold as a commercial enterprise I certainly would buy some they look like they would work fantastic Anyway thank you very much Peter looking forward to the next one Cheers
Hi Tony and thanks, enjoying the new station build. My local station Hither Green has a pedestrian entrance tunnel similar to like you have modelled with a long walk up to the station ticket office and platforms :) Cheers Peter
Very nice running session, Thanks, Peter. I do like the livery on the new O8 and coaches. As for the Biffa Truck, what a load of rubbish. Martin. (Thailand)
Wow, Peter... nothing by halves! Excellent new stock and great talk on the EoT lights on the cars. Very interesting. I think the ROG EoT light was halfway between the first two you showed. lol Brilliant running session and great to see it all in action!
WOW Super new items! co incidence just put an 08 tts chip in!!..i actually won the 08 but the sound had been removed!..what make is the bin lorry?! its a beauty...im nearly ready to start playing trains again with my end to end loft layout...would you do me a big favour Peter and give me one shoutout?...im trying to gauge how much interest there is in my return!!!!! cheers dave😊
Hi Dave, first Biffa dust cart is the new release form Oxford, yes seen your video about a new layout coming and absolutely will give a big shout out for you. Looking forward to see what you have done. All the best my friend Peter
But its a dustcart Victor , didn't think Ill be stepping on your toes :) They do another in Veolia livery you can't find Biffa but these are very very popular All the best mate Peter
Many thanks Peter, I am hoping to continue work on my layout soon...I hope. Done most of the benchwork, but then got flooded, so had to dismantle. Now waiting to see if we will move or not...hay ho...lol.
Hi and have to admit I am very impressed with the 56, having seen and heard the real thing, I am even happier with what they have done with the sound file All the best Peter
Hi Peter, lovely new coaches and the bin lorry is a must. May I ask what CV sound level is your Accurascale Phoenix, Since mine come back it sounds very quiet. I think mine is on 150. Cheers Stuart
hi peter I'm wanting replicate your modification how did you divert the wiring from the battery?. Secondly where are the coil springs on the axles from? many thanks would you like my email address so you can help me many thanks
Hi Panther. First the wheel sets are swapped out and replaced with wheel sets from DCC Concepts which come with the springs already on the axels. The circuity with the batteries is replaced with a double-flash-brake-light from illuminated models. All in all very expensive for just one waggon but I have added EoT lamps to all my wagons and coaches. All the best Peter
@@torridonroadbypeterdixon4162 iv taken a screenshot of this for future reference note, do you have any contact details? if in case Should i run into difficulties in future
