I flew Cathay from Singapore to Hong Kong in October 2017, an ageing A330 with totally cramped seats in economy, overhead compartments that were much smaller than on any other service and struggled to swallow my standard carry on spinner, tiny video screen and unremarkable service but premium price. Will avoid in future.

This company will just tell lies. All to easy to make a big profit when you tell the customer one thing and then just goback on it some month later. They cost me 5 London Hong Kong returns. I even when to the head office and all the did was laugh.

Nicholas Cornish They do care and it is not just for profit I paid £400 for a flight lhr-hkg and back in economy and they exceeded my expectations their service is a lot better compared to other airlines like Emirates
