LOVE this idea!!! What about fire alarms? Will/can they set them off?? I have heard that fog machines can set off a fire alarms (so I stayed away from them).... how does this different? Once again... Thanks DJ Barr!!!

I LOVE THE INTRO!!!
Nothing compares to that crowd reaction when you blast off some C02! Been using the CryoFX version for almost 5 years now, and it's pretty similar except the barrel is narrower. Might upgrade to this one and see if a wider barrel improves the output🤔
One recommendation I would have Barr is to connect the hose to the cannon first before to the tank. Just in case there's any pressure in the line, it won't suddenly discharge when you connect the C02 gun - or worse, only partially connect and then fall off when pressure is introduced. (Learned from experience LOL)
Yes barrel size and type / size / number of holes in it makes a difference. Wider barrel will output wider plume but will be shorter (this is all relevant on humidity / temp as well: higher humidity/lower temp better output, higher temp/lower humidity less effect.) Holes allow air in the barrel to aid in propulsion which increases viewable output, This is minor difference but apparent under testing conducted.
Where does one acquire the tanks do you purchase your own or rent , and how does one go about refilling these tanks
Do you have any issues with venues?
Do you ever worry about losing your business and being sued because of a tank malfunction? Do you have separate insurance to run a canon? I’m was really interested in buying one of these but a quick TH-cam search and I found an incident where a tank exploded and injured 3 people at a wedding in 2019. I’m just curious on how you protect yourself and your business when operating one of these?
Hello Bayardo, I have a couple of questions for you about this Co2. How often do you up sell it on your packages? How do most venues feel about it being used in there establishment? Is the Co2 easy to get access of? Does your insurance have to know about it Since you have to carry it around with you? And How flammable is it?

Co2 is an inert gas. It is none flammable. It actually is used in large industrial fire extinguish systems and sometimes in fire extinguishers. Co2 evaporates very quickly, and does not have any staining effects. Renting Co2 siphon tanks is a fairly simple process.

What kind of environment works best for you DJs? Humid or cold? Mine seems to obviously be working. Shoots well. Feels and sounds strong, no leaks. I noticed though, that mine shoot a somewhat weak plume/cloud than in the video. Thanks!
The output is relevant based on humidity / temp as higher humidity/lower temp better output, higher temp/lower humidity less effect. IE: Florida always has great output (humidity) vs Vegas not much (Dry). Humidity can be added to the surrounding air to aid in output also! Hope this helps.

Travis LaPlaca also something that Barr neglected to go into detail about was the acquisition of the CO2. You can either buy your own tank (and make sure it’s a “siphon” or a “dip tube”. And have it refilled on your own, Or you can do a tank swap with your local place. Around here it cost about $35 to swap a tank. They don’t always have siphon so you have to make sure you get it ahead of when you need it. Also to save your back, you want to find or ask for an aluminum one as well. Soooooo much lighter when full. And one more thing, if you happen to get a tank that isn’t a siphon, just turn it upside down and it will work. You’ll know as soon as you pull the trigger. If it comes out shitty snd light and doesn’t seem right, it’s cuz it’s not a siphon. Most times is marked clearly but sometimes not.
