Their all made in china. Even the ones with a name. So you would just be paying twice the amount for the same thing just with a name on it. It’s a good buy. Thanks for the vid.
I have 2 of these. It’s a must have. They are useful for all kinds of tasks around the garage. Sometimes you have to put some wood on it if the engine protrudes below the frame.
Thanks for the review. One thing I would keep in mind is that when the Chinese made jack says it's rated for 1100lbs it's probably more like 800lbs. They can put any rating on the product to sell it. If you have a bike over 800 lbs don't chance an injury or bike damage when something shears. Also, you could use a long pipe as an extension on your ratchet handle. Cheers.
Great! I got the same jack and never use it since my bike is 830 lbs or so. You showed an easy way to handle it. I will have to invest in the long handle ratchet, though. Thank you so much for your video.
Yep great video. Just got one with a rolling tray for about 100 on Prime. I'm with you about jacking it up so high. Works great for wheel/tire maint. etc...Thanks for the tips.
I use a cordless drill and a socket.these things are really useful. I jacked up a car and put the donut on. I recommend one of these or something similar.
Yesterday I built my own from wood. Got the idea on TH-cam and it worked perfectly on my dr 650 which has an eleven inch + ground clearance. I used scrap wood pieces I had around the property....so cheap, cheap.
This is perect for my workbench build to raise and lower my drop saw and table saw. Nice flat base to sit the board. Just need to modify it to be 12v electric lifter.
I lift my moped by modified car scissor jack, under center stand. Its 4" height need couple of stairs for climb to on it by "lean and rotate" style. It work with this size bike.
How would that help to jack up his bike? How do Harley tires wear out sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck or parked in front of a bar?

Wood? And it cranks up? Cool, Post a vid I'd love to see it.
I saw that video. Good job.
i bult one from scrap wood also. but now that i like in an apartment and space is limited, i will just go with somethong like on this video
Great video ,I use this jack to support my bike during the winter months ,works great .
You can put a piece of wood under the side stand to level the bike. That way you can be off the bike and align the jack easier.
That's a great idea.
Really good at showing how to use this lift.
I bought 2 of these for the odd job on my Vulcan Voyager . I crank it up & down with a Hilti 14.4v rattle gun . Works good too .
Was thinking about one of these for my Voyager. Good to know it'll hold one up. 😎👍
Just bought this jack, (changing rear shocks), indian scout, due to be delivered any day now, good video 👍
Were you able to change the shocks with this stand ?

@waltertrejo2534 great idea!
Little jack is better for me. I was considering the floor jack from harbor freight, but it looks big. Very good.

Awesome video I need one for my sport glide I think I will get one just something to do oil changes on.
Thank you brother!
Ami just ordered one for the exact same reason! My back tire is showing threads it’s so bad
Cool, just ordered one
Thanks for the video!
Nice ride!!
Oh hi, I wonder if you know how high it goes ( I want to use one to get a disability scooter in and out of the house) any idea ?
Well it depends, I'm sure it will hold the weight but the jack is only about 2 foot wide.
@@freefree2021 Thanks for your response, do you know how high it rises please ?
@@Jellyroll66 14 inches I believe.
@@freefree2021 Thank you
Super bro
No Way
The Bad and ugly of it is that it was made in China 🇨🇳 😂😂
Why not just buy a Harley .
He didn't want to get leaky oil all over his new scissor jack.
How would that help to jack up his bike? How do Harley tires wear out sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck or parked in front of a bar?
Why spend the extra money for a name? The metric cruisers are just as nice and cost way less
@@natesv04 Because everything else is a knock off
97% of Harley's are still on the road..... the other 3% made it home 😂
