Just 4 Ingredients Bounty Bar Recipe | How to make Homemade Chocolate coconut bar

I've made these today and used a dark chocolate with less sugar to coat them.I made
14 chocolates and each one would give you 8.7 grams of sugar per chocolate.
So if you made this with condensed milk,each chocolate would have 22 grams of sugar per chocolate.
So this is definitely a better option than those other sugarloaded Bounty Bar options.
And they taste absolutely delicious.Most delicious, because my husband is already on his fourth chocolate....😂

1 cup milk (250 ml)
1/4 cup sugar (50 g)
1 cup coconut (110 g)
150 g semi sweet chocolate

I have cocoa powder. Can this replace chocolate ?

@@gaurika1000 You could make your own chocolate by mixing coconut oil or butter with cocoa powder and (optional) a sweetener of your choice. :-)

I like this recipe more than the one with the sweetened condensed milk. It just makes more sense to me to cook it so you get that chemical reaction. My goodness your bars are beautiful. Most of the ones I've seen on here are downright ugly. Sure the ugly ones taste good if you can get past what they look like and actually bite into them. I wonder how these would taste rolled in cocoa?
