This airport is a few years behind on cleaning the rubber off the runway. It could be fun on a very rainy day, not that such an event occurs more than once every other year or so. Nice video

Normally rubber marks could be noticed only upto some distance on the runway but in this airport tyre marks stretches right upto the end of the runway. I wonder why?
Very nice video. I do have a question. Is the runway and taxiway so hot that the rubber melts over the entire thing? I've never seen a runway continuously black in its entirety. Even the ramps had burnt rubber (?) on them.
