  • An absolutely gorgeous morning as we began our descent into Las Vegas and our view of the Grand Canyon couldn’t have been much better. It was quite bumpy while passing the Grand Canyon but the view more than compensated for the rough air. The approach as we pass Lake Mead always reminds me of flying over another planet with the amazing terrain. I was surprised at just how low Lake Mead has dropped during the record drought out west.

COOL you kept the camera on the engine so at 15:18 you could see the reverse thrusters engage

I don't fly into or out of Vegas during the day anymore. I forget, it has beautiful scenery.

This was a nice stable auto pilot final and a nice auto-land. This landing went super smooth.

Thank you for the kind words and support. When I got the notification I recognized your name… it was actually some of your travel videos about 5 years ago that influenced me to start posting mine, especially the first time I flew through BUR and began flying to California on a regular basis.

@@AListFlierKris Hello Kris. That's awesome that you watched my travel videos, I noticed that my viewers seemed to like my Helicopter videos better over the years so I slowed down on putting them on TH-cam. I started another channel called E&G Trains, Planes & Helicopters th-cam.com/channels/QLGLm_BLRVfIEY0EtmA0gQ.html
I started out by putting trains, then added my airplane & travel videos and just started adding helicopters. I'm trying to get viewers but it's hard. I'm pretty happy with my Ed Whisenant Aviation Channel. Thank you for watching in the past and again I'm glad I found your channel. Have a good week my new friend & keep up the great work😎👍

Um does anybody else see a UFO at around time 9:16 above the wing to the right? It just pops in then disappears. Was it a plane?

You've got good eyes! Took me several replays on a decent sized screen to see it. I'd believe it is another aircraft and in our turn, the sun hit it just right to reflect off of it.
