This is a couple of our TUFFSIDE flat style seats being made by me from scratch! Took over 4 hours to make, but you get the idea... All of our seats are 100% handmade in-house. Flat seats use 2 different densities of closed cell polyurethane foam. Our Cafe Seats use 2 part Liquid Poly foam. Will do a video on those as soon as i can.

WOW!!! That molding machine has to be invaluable.... the way it just spit out a seat pan like it was nothing. Really awesome, thanks for sharing!
I think it is called vacuum forming machine, there are many tutorials about how to make it, although they are small size compare to this one.

Very excited about you guys making my seat, can't wait to get it! I ordered a 25" cafe for an unconventional build... a '78 Kz1000, lol. It's a bigger bike than what these are normally built for, but has a smaller ass area and a weird kick-up. I did a ton of measuring and research on this seat, and I think it will fit pretty well with some mods. May just order a long cafe hoop from you in the end, though. Anywho, I'll be sure to let you guys know!
