I think the win was magnified even more because Frank and Rashad were both out. Winning the 1st bowl game was huge and reassuring the fan base that the future looks bright with the talent we have even bigger. That helps with recruiting and NIL donations. Only downside, they will be coming for Traylor even harder.
He McCown needed a warm up, that's all. He hadn't played in a while. He seems to regather his focus. I think UTSA as a whole worked as a team, defensive, offensive and special teams. They earned this Bowl game and worked all together to balance and win. Traylor loves his team and it shows.
