- Walk today in Puerto Del Carmen Lanzarote Canary Islands Spain from the lovely Hotel San Antonio down the promenade to the bars including Spoons. In the video I mentioned the location wasnt the best but I didnt realise its only a few minutes walk from many bars so I was harsh ! Filmed January 2022 . Buy a Coffee or Beer at

I was there in November 22 perfekt Hotel to relax
_Stayed here for a week Kevin...Lovely hotel ..organized live music 7 nights a week...The clientele are mostly on the old side...The food was very nice...It reminded me of a hotel from the 70's/80's. even the music was from the 70's. I met a couple that had been going to this hotel for 11 years on holiday_

There is another large pool up above that main pool and a separate one walled off for kids. When we stayed there, the food was average and the bedrooms had carpet.

Perfect location.
I was there in March 2020 all inclusive. After 2 nights everything in the strip had to close because of the start of covid restrictions ! Thankfully, San Antonio was a haven due to it's most excellent bars food and service. We coud go out to the supermarket across the road if extra vino/nibbles needed ! Next to pocillos impressive beach. OK, 15 mins walk to matagorda or the otherway to centre of strip.

Hi Kevin looks like a lovely hotel but it's all about location for me. I prefer to walk back to hotel/apts after night out would need to get taxis every night if staying there ..Thanks for sharing Kevin 🙂

Ah thanks Kevin thanks for this video as reminding me of the area.i am staying couple of minutes to the right in the las adelfas apts last week in April. I can understand when you say it's a distance from bars the far the of PDC but it's a perfect location as if you turn left you have plenty of bars ,restaurants and entertainment and to your right you have playa pocillos 15 minutes which leads on to matagorda with more of the same if you have one too many a taxi is dirt cheap so in perspective you get 2 areas to wet your appetite so in my opinion would recommend that area but the vik son Antonio is overpriced .thanks again fir the video and hope you happy with your new buddies boss 😀 😂

Stayed there years ago, 5 minutes to the start of the strip & bus stop opposite the main entrance, a wee bit harsh on the location Kevin
agree Jim I was too harsh sometimes I make mistakes thinking about the bars I like down the other end of the prom but there is plenty of bars as you said 5 mins away. I have another video showing the bars on the other side coming soon.

You can’t get closer to the beach than that, I would want to be closer to bars and shops but that doesn’t suit everyone
We were walking past about 2 year ago. Witnessed and went to the aid of a lovely older couple who on checking in , had their bags snatched. Unbelievable. Be careful of this as it’s happened before apparently

While not my favourite hotel it’s not that far to PDC start of bars n restaurants.

Definitely too far out, we stayed at hotel Las Costas few mins past to right of San Antonio…right on the beach which was lovely but too far out from all the bars etc….nice hotel but wouldn’t stay there again
I disagree, it’s only ten / fifteen minutes to main bars & restaurants on the strip . Decent hotel , and I believe it has been refurbished of recent times , I would stay here again although the in house entertainment was never my thing .
