  • I have to force myself to step down on competing in Chile this October due to academic dilemma:
I had recently received a notice from their mathematics university lecturer advising them to reconsider participating in the upcoming tournament in Santiago this October, 4 ARROW's FEST. The reason for this is that my attendance credentials are currently insufficient to pass my mathematics year module, making it essential to attend all term 4, my next quarter of this 2nd semester, classes so that I can recover and successfully pass all my modules, including mathematics, this year.
This situation arose because their chemistry and mathematics modules both have a scheduling conflict where both on these class clashing on Wednesdays so I have to make sacrifices on which classes to do I attend to. I spend alot of time in my 3rd year chemistry than my 2nd year maths because chemistry is becoming more difficult in which itself is understandable but with this, it has caused a dilemma again with my mathematics studies.
As a result, I had to inform the main tournament organizer of 4 ARROW's FEST that I will not be able to compete this year, as doing so would jeopardize their degree by affecting their attendance credentials and could lead to disqualification from writing their final exams, despite maintaining good grades in both chemistry and mathematics that I am doing now.
