It's free to play until December 12, and I'm still not sure whether to keep it or not. Yeah, there are lots of things to do, but the handling is very different from Forza.

I played it for a while in the beta + trial version... (I don't own the game) Now I turned it on again during a free week and it's not good. Everything is so childish, graphics, colors, cars. I'm not a Forza fan, don't worry. For example, what I like to do in open world racing games is drive around the map. The problem is that the map is so boring, plastic. I can't enjoy it anyway because there's always something that makes me regret playing it. Unfortunately, I cannot agree with you.
No problem i agree with all dies points, the simplicity is what I enjoy. I mainly focus on F1 in thr competitive scene and spend a lot of time just practicing countless hours trying to find even a tenth of a second and also testing set ups so for me this is like a breath of fresh air. I recently bought this on sale. I found it enjoyable. But haven't given it a proper chance to be played.
