The owner of hel Canada is local to me. And has been a stunter for years. They really make some top notch products. Being local is nice because I can get a 10% discount on all masters calipers and braided lines because they don’t have to ship them.
Ah, the old small number plate offence. If you don't want to get stopped by fuzz, don't run a small plate. Just giving em an excuse to pull you over. And you know what, when you are riding along on your bike with a small plate fitted, no person watching you ride past ever thinks to themselves, God the bike looks so much better with a small number plate on. 😉😎. Lovely R1 by the way. 👍
You must be doing something right here as im not really a bike person but im yet again watching your videos on bikes and finding these videos you doing really interesting keep up this great work mate you do great with this 😃👌ps go and open a corona mate 😅
@@stoneautomotive think add kill my self on a bike i was bad enough on a scooter at 17 😅😅 Will be looking forward to m3 content is there much work you been doing onnit 😎
As per the video you need to fit a brake line pressure switch - www.helperformance.com/single-banjo-bolt-brake-light-pressure-switch-m10-x-1-00?srsltid=AfmBOopv-StEZuOuxPQocW4R92AEwTRWzw0iYRltpQ3EEkhJrobj9Tfl
Funny how all HEL master cyclinders have so much free play when the bikes not moving, brembo feel so much better to pull when the bikes not moving so much more solid
@@stoneautomotive not even free play just kind of a spongy feeling, obviously it is perfect when the bike is moving and the pads get a bit of heat in them. HEL master cylinders are brilliant but definitely not the quilty of brembo.

It’s more the dash cams.. obviously not an issue sticking to all the limits 👀
Thank you, it’s time to get it on track where it belongs 💪

With the hydraulic switch do they come as either normally open/closed or are they configurable?
Pass to be honest, assume under pressure it’s closed circuit as completes the brake light loop
Great video. Thanks for your support!
You’d think a top bike like the r1m would have a brembo setup as standard they are superb
You would of thought so 😅
I ❤ this bike
What's the name those torque wrench adapters , where to buy?
Start watching channel since rsv project, mega work!✌👍
Crows foot/ feet - awesome things in these situations 😎
Thank you and welcome to the channel 👍
Think the word you might be looking for is an eccentric for the optional part.
That’s sounds more like it 😅👍
Is there a light switch when you stop?? i cannot find any info on HEL site or smth

You going to remove the abs as well? Hey H pattern brake kit looks awesome also.
Not at this time as it’s a road bike still but I have been advised you can simply remove the fuse to disable it 👍

is the HEL brake master cylinder better from a Brembo ?
I prefer the feel and look of the HEL master cylinder over the Brembo especially for the price difference 👌
Awesome bike I thought it would have been hydraulic clutch
You would have thought so with how modern it is 😅

Can’t say I noticed any free play in the master cylinder?
Compared to the factory Yamaha equipment the quality is night and day better!
