I'm confused. You keep saying steam. I didn't see any water there, all i saw was oil 🤣 so did you cook it in pressure cooker with oil in it and gave 4 whistles. The other guy is saying soak it in vinegar without cuts and you said give them the cuts first 😏 One more thing when you wash the chicken how come you don't get rid of them white carbi? Please do answer as i wana make it. Thankyou🙂
