Salam,
I made this broast and it's perfect. My husband says it tastes just like he used to eat in Pakistan. The chicken is super tender.
I don't have temperature controlled pressure cooker so I used my regular pressure cooker. I cooked the chicken for 10 minutes after the whistle started. My flame was on medium-high.

if you dont have the temperature gauge,, then how you knew during preheating that cooking oil is around 120C ?
how much Liters of oil you used ?

I have also seen vid somewhere lady frying broast in normal home pressure cooker. I jus wanted to ask how u have kept flame medium or high, and how long did kept cooker on stove and how many whistles ?.

@@mustihaveliwala Since my pressure cooker does not have a thermometer it's a little bit of an estimate. First I made sure my oil was hot but not too hot. The chicken did not instantly start cooking. Then I closed the lid and pressure cooked it on medium high flame. My stove has 1(low)-10(high)...I kept mine at 8. It took about 10 minutes to cook. I hope this helps.
@@xklojx I did not know the oil temperature. I just heat it enough so that it's hot but not too hot. When I added the chicken it did not instantly start frying. Secondly, I added oil about halfway of my pressure cooker...again I did not measure in liters. sorry. I hope this helps.
