I will take your feedback into consideration. The reason most companies don't use roll-up doors is due to cab pressurization. The roll up doors do not hold pressurization after a few hundred hours in most cases. Yanmar does give the option for both worlds with this machine. Which is why I like the design. Thank you for watcing.

Roll-up doors are inferior due to long term cabin pressure. The roll-up doors co not do well over the long term. Although, I do agree it is nice to operate with the door up, this machine gives you both options.

No issue there since my door is on the side of my backhoe. With a skidsteer and swing out door. Your bucket has to be all the way down or raised above the cab so you can open your door to exit. That makes it impossible when loading/unloading those things from my trailer. Heck, now that I think about it, I couldn’t even move stuff around in my property that’s chained to my bucket either, which I do quite a bit. Most of the time it’s just me so I don’t have anyone outside my skidsteer than can hook or unhook my Chains for me.

Not quite...Many enhancements since Yanmar bought ASV and moved to MN.

@@diggindeeperPCG Actually it's virtually identical to the current ASV VT100, but with a CTL undercarriage and Yanmar paint scheme....engine, dump height, dump angle, pumps, machine length, fuel capacity, etc. any differences are going to be driven by the engineering changes needed to marry up a different U/C.

I've heard that before. We will put it to the test in extreme conditions and see what happens. It does have a 4 yr 4000 hour warranty...so if it breaks, it will be fixed.

So Yanmar is having ASV make their CTLs now instead of Gehl. Well I hope it holds up better than the last piece of junk Yanmar track loader I bought new that blew it's Bosch fuel rail overpressure relief in its first 30 hours of operation. Absolute junk.

Just to clarify the first run of skids and ctls were built by manitou and mustang. T175,t210,220r etc. Yanmar acquired ASV in 2019 and built a brand new manufacturing plant and headquarters in Minnesota. Quite impressive and U.S.A. built equipment with Japanese technology.

First one east side of Mississippi here
I’ve had the same machine since December. I’ve had quite a few problems with mine. It’s got 44hrs on it and it’s April 3 today. Let ya know how much it’s been on the job site…not much. Issues with parking brake has got everyone scratching their heads for 3 weeks now…won’t move Mostly tinkering issues like brass grease fittings on undercarriage that have been replaced steel ones that broke off. Loading truck first day on job and was stuck in cab for an hr or so because it threw a code while bucket was dump position over in the bed of a truck. I like the machine …I just should have waited for another year for them to get bugs out.
