  • I was travelling to Delhi to bhopal from my connecting flight I came around 1430hrs but forget about the flight what was annoying when the staff was just interested in wasting my time rather then explaining the situation it was a predetermined move of the airline how to tackle late passengers no empathy no sensitivity and they being provocative every single one of them take a look

    Being a customer service ( ground staff) if customer comes to you first you should need to acknowledge the customer.
    I observed all staff no one asking for the passenger PNR for check the details when customer reported at the counter bcz they don't want to help to him.

      Kudos to you bro as I was also a flight crew myself the detailing about what should be the approach as an staff is missing and that's the fight all about it's not about missing the flight it's about doing the right thing and the behaviour behaving like a dangerous notorious punk will get things escalated everyday and finally about the report i think this video will be reaching to him very soon as it growing so he will get his lesson he should be viral and people should identify them as bad staff to be cautious

      Bhai tu chasma lga kar video dekh ek bar wo airlines staff hai and he has working as customer service which means he needs to calm and cool with customers even manager don't know the basics ethnique of customer service and voice with customers totally rubbish Staff.
      You should need to tweet against that person who was sitting on a table and not listen to anything Just making calls and drama
