I have watched several under-sink organizing videos and no one has mentioned a mat to protect the area from leaks. Please encourage your watchers to get one. We didn't have one and got a leak which led to mold which led to having several cabinets cut out. Very expensive to have cleaned up. All could have been prevented by a simple mat made for that purpose. 😊
