Nostradamus probably found an ancient Stargate portal somewhere in France or Europe in Medieval times and used it as his method of traveling into another dimension beyond space and time, so he could foresee the future as he experienced it in another higher parallel or consciousness.

Of course when one does that and links to the so called "possibilities Akashik" - a tag of the Akashic Records- he does not know for sure if it is his own timeline or an alternate universe.
That's why many predictions by several persons ( including a few by Nostradamus) did not fulfill.

I think aliens have the ability to create events for whatever reason... and thus when a human predicts the future, it's nothing more than the human "parroting" information that was sent telepathically by the alien. I suspect events are created as a "plot point" mechanism, rather than a random event. These plot points seems to have purpose.
Very good observation one thing is clear that they are helping us to evolve and they are doing it in such a way without making any direct contact with all of us. If they want to destroy us they could have easily destroyed us by now and humans are in the illusion that we can save this planet from them but the reality is we cannot outsmart them by any means.

Second, trying to see the future is forbidden in the Commandments. It is a common misconception that there were only ten. The ten are just the most famous and considered to be the most important for all peoples. There were actually several hundred. Most of them either only apply to various Hebrew traditions or are just the same thing said in many ways to clearly try to close any loopholes.
