    I think you make the best ginger beer on the you tube cooking channels. Thumbs up for you. Love it.

    I’ve watched twenty ginger beer videos in the last three days & this ones the best.

    Will try this recipe today. Looks very simple. Can I add the sugar in the hot water when the ginger is steeping?

    Would it be ok to add the sugar earlier in the process while the water is hot?

    For traditional Guyanese style ginger beer we soak it for two days and add a little raw rice and orange peel cinnamon and cloves with ginger and sugar

    Why you did not use any fermentation starter...(say ginger bug)?

    • @HerculesTV
      @HerculesTV  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's a none alcoholic beer and this is normally the traditional way it is made in Guyana

      @HerculesTV  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      There is none unless you leave it to ferment over a period of time and then it will develop

    Good video but this is actually a still ginger ale a ginger beer Contains alcohol. If you want to make it sparkling ad a half of Coffe spoon of apple Cider vinegar and bottle it in beer bottles(the bottle has to be strong because there is going to be a lot of pressure inside) the acid of the lime and of the vinegar are going to react and Create a fermetation.
    Keep it in a dark place and at room temperature for at least 1 week and after enjoy ; )
