One of the things I love about this game is that they went as far as to animate this scene 4:39 from a novel really wish PHF gets an OVA one day.......
"Brazen Purple Haze" is a more direct translation of the novel's original Japanese name. In Japan, Purple Haze Feedback is called "Hajishirazu no Pāpuru Heizu" (恥知らずのパープルヘイズ, lit. "Shameless Purple Haze")

Fugo really got the short end of the stick, didn't he? I really like him, maybe because his anger problems remind me of my own struggles with my emotions, or because his Stand is fascinating as a double-edged sword (it's very powerful, but he can accidentally kill himself with it). I think he could have benefited from more screentime before abandoning the crew; this would make people more conflicted about his departure, rather than completely indifferent. I grately enjoyed Purple Haze Feedback as a redemption arc for Fugo, the only thing about it that bothered me somewhat were the seemingly unnecessary attempts to tie everything into the wider "JoJo lore", with references to Tonio, the Speedwagon Foundation, the Stone Masks, etc. "Too many references spoil the broth" is my stance on it - make the story too referential and it feels less like its own work and more like a load of fanservice. The new Stands and characters introduced in PHF were actually really cool, and I wish the plot focused more on that then constantly reminding us of other JoJo parts. Sheila E and Cannolo Murolo especially felt like they needed more characterisation.
I could have sworn alot of people dislike the fact that Part 5 is very disconnected from the other parts and often times feels like a side story, hence why the references were welcomed.

I can see where you are coming from, but at the same time, I actually enjoyed the contrast between Massimo Volpe and Tonio Volpe, and the fact that Massimo was ultimately seeking the stone mask so he could save the life of the woman he loved. The relationship that Sezione Droghe had with one another also made it quite bitter sweet when they were finally defeated. I wish Sheila figured out that Fugo was the primary one to kill Illuso, it would have been nice to see them develop something of a relationship after the defeat of the narcotics squad.
It’s interesting how before and after the fight you get summaries of what had happened story wise, I wish they had kept it in All Star Battle R… then again it would need a lot of additional voice acting
Looking at the 'dream battles' they're adding for each part in All Star Battle's new Story Mode like Avdol vs ACDC and Josuke vs Young Joseph , I hope this is there somehow.
Further ideas if you’d want to make more JoJo content: Cover the EX Missions in ASB, play the fan-translated PS2 JoJo games, and/or do a dream list of characters that you’d want to see get in to ASBR.
ASB is better than EOH. Local Multplayer, frickin’ Purple Haze Distortion, better movesets, manga accurate Gyro and Johnny, as they look like ass in EOH (redhead and orange balls guy with blue hair), cool, chaotic green Sheer Heart Attack (fuck the blue calm anime one) AND ROADROLLER. It's systems are kinda typical of 2.5D games, so a bit more like a traditional fighting game due to spacing still being close (so footsies are important), but it's an anime fighter made before the days of ASW venture into 2.5D so there wasn't really an example to follow. No item to throw around though, no environmental differences (all stages are flat ground), and the only interference are the stage hazards, so it's relatively clean in terms of how you fight
