      @@masterwong101 I am considering you as my new master.. even though we are not in contact in the physical realm something brought me to your channel & teachings. My background is in Tae Kwon Do... Which is meaningful but less effective in a street fight or grid down or WW3 post apocalyptic scenario...

      @masterwong101 Mostly when defending with elbows, either in the line of the punch or blocking and attacking with elbow to the chest or sliding in with headbutt to the face.
