Those hockey masks are Jason Masks.
No they aren’t the $1 ones are generic there is a big difference between the cheap ones and the licensed ones .
The cheap ones are more similar in style to the hockey mask that was used in Sleepaway camp

The Walmart closest to me never gets all the decor I see at other Walmart stores. I'm not sure why, it's depressing cause if I see something on utube I end up having to drive 40 miles one way. I'd rather just look on Amazon at that point.
Sometimes it’s way easier to order online, that’s how I do most of my shopping lol
