I have one question for people with low budget for construction. I have a 10 marla plot.
Is it possible to construct single story house and furnish it, and later build another floor on top. is it safe, and doable?
Or do you recommend just making double story gray structure, and wait until have more money for finishing??

@@YasirQs thank you so much! The construction costs here quoted by contractors here in Islamabad is extremely high. So I will be constructing myself on labor rate.
As for my query regarding single story, some thekedar/contractors said, it is not good to make single story first because later it will cost too much money to build the first floor later, and may have issues regarding plumbing, electric, etc.
