I love these drinks as well. you mentioned in your review that a can has only 56 kcal, however I read the can as per 100ml there are 56 kj / 13 kcals (So would be around 32/33 Kcals per 250ml can which is even better. Good review though :)
@@Idealclone it can do, I don't really notice it for my sleep but for general stress management it's good. If you struggle with your sleep check out the video I did not long ago on how to improve your sleep it will help you

That's awesome that's exactly what I do I use them as a treat to chill out in the evening I find using it after the gym is also good 😊
