How long should you use device on each ear ?
@@jimph1 it doesn't have a specific time, I would say when you stop feeling that anything is coming out that's enough I would say no more than 1 -2 minutes per ear

Was using Optimum Nutrition Whey Isolate but bought this on the off chance as it was on sale.
@@Elektrifekt do you like it?
@ I think for the price I paid it’s brilliant. I would like to see a Casein option that’s affordable from Bulk.
can you please measure it? It looks much smaller than 55x40x20 cm

Has the fake wood started to peel yet?
@@Simon-im2zn no, not at all and we use the kettle about 20 times a day
@@markshonestreviewsandhealt6953 Went and got one today similar colour was considering the chrome in the Dorchester range as for some reason it does not have the fake wood effect, but was put off with the fake gold. Interesting to see if mine will take an eternity to reach 100 from 99...Though it is presumably a British company they are (as with everything else these days) made in China.
You cant beat distilled water and if you double distilled it you practically have the cleanest water in the world
@@ken198100 true, I had a distiller, it used a lot of electricity, was very loud, slow just not practical if you use a lot of water and then to use that twice on one batch of water you would be waiting at least 4 hours to get any water from it. Reverse osmosis is the only practical solution, and the best would be an under counter version
wast of money. flimsy pile of dung with handle long enough for a short person
@@robertduklus6555 I'm very short so maybe that's why is works for me
I think the instructions say not to use an extension cable with this is what I've found. Avalla dehumidifiers should be plugged directly into a properly grounded 3-prong wall outlet and should not be used with an extension cord, surge protector, or multi-outlet adaptor. Dehumidifiers can use a lot of power, ranging from 2 to over 7 amps, depending on the size of the unit. Using an extension cord or surge protector with a dehumidifier can be dangerous because cords can get shorted in water or shock people.
@@ChristineTaylor-m9k thanks for this information that's very helpful to know
Did nobody else notice the naked woman photograph above his shoulder 😂😂
@@JackBahh trust me, lots of people have!! It's art apparently not my choice but my wife likes it 🤣
How about the filters on you're cold water pipes like water 2? Are they worth while
@@ryanh3285 I think they are a great option going to be way better than a standard water filter like brita, but I don't think they are as good as reverse osmosis. You would need to have a look at the specs in terms of what they filter out compared to a reverse osmosis. I do like how they connect to the mains as it makes it very easy. Also check how often you have to change the filter
So if I install Audible for Android from the Play Store - will it start with a different profile based on the key that started the car - i.e. When my wife is driving will she have access to her book library or only mine - thus requiring us to log the app out and then back in under a new account each time?
@@mikeperrett1539 yes, it will work on your profile so each time you enter the car it will work via the Google account that is logged in at the time. If your wife gets in the car she can choose her profile and I believe (I haven't tried this) it should then work on her audible etc

Great video very helpful
@@softlyscottish4222 thank you that's very kind
Do you think cold exposure like ice baths is good to decrease cortisol? I have been doing this for a while now love how I feel
@@softlyscottish4222 I think cold exposure can be helpful, however, if you are chronically stressed this may create more cortisol, it all depends on how well you manage your nervous system and go back to parasympathetic state. If you are not doing it frequently it may have some benefits hormonally I would suggest monitoring your HRV before and after a session to see how your body reacts. Hope that helps you

👍👍👍 hola como estas amigo
It went from 335 to 289.. That's not "knocking off a hundred".. That's a reduction of 46 lol. Also, be handy if you explained what a TDS meter is for your audience. Then you say 0.04... So does that mean the tap water was 3.35 not actually 335? Just some feedback/questions etc.

@@MartinFarrell1972 you are very welcome glad it helped you
Great question, HRV is a great indicator of your overall nervous system so being able to monitor this can be extremely helpful if you are looking to improve your cortisol levels and overall health. I will talk about this on my next video so stay tuned! 👍💫
How can I implement HRV to reduce my cortisol?
which k2 was that mk4 or mk7 I know the only one which really works is the animal source one ? WAPF.
@@ndudman8 the one I have linked in the description is the one I use it's MK7 hope that helps you
looks like quick heating. good. say i use it at h3 for 15 mins and then in h1 for 2.75 hrs it wud be almost 3 units per day. but once i switch it off after 3 hrs how long will heat be retained in room after its off ?
@@prakashraja2288 I really dont think I can answer this. How long a room retains heat has nothing to do with the heater that is more to do with the room, how well your house is insulated, have your windows got good seals, are the double glazed, do you have carpet, etc etc, the heater won't help retain the temperature only your house will it will simply get the room up to the temperature the rest is down to your room.
@@markshonestreviewsandhealt6953 ok got it. its like any other PTC or blower heaters that brings the room back to chill templ once its off. so in essence one should run this for 7-10 hrs a day may be in 1000 W (h1) if the weather is chill always. but its not like a wood fired rocket heater that can retain heat for 3 to 4 hrs even after wood is fully burnt.
@@prakashraja2288 yeah exactly, as soon as you switch it off it goes cold and it's just down to your room insulation etc how long that will last..I live in a 1950's build house and the room remains warm for about 15 mins after it turns off, but are house isn't great like a new build for retaining heat
you haven't mentioned the grind setting for the internal ring.
@@ifitcanbedone I did an entire video of this have a look in my playlist thanks x
I got carried away with vitamin D to increase T levels taking 7-12k daily. My D test came back 125 which is borderline toxic. My T levels came back over 800 which is a nice improvement, but I think my T levels will go down for sure now, because I have to stop D for a while and then go back to 1-5k daily.
@@don2144 wow, I take 5000iu during the summer and 7000iu during the winter as I am dark skinned and this kept my levels within optimal. Do you have a job working outside? What else did you take supplement wise? Cheers
Can i ask how longyou were taken the high dose of vit D . I myself just started on 10000 per day .
@@joebrown6768 I've been taken that specific dose for over 5 years I'm 45 now and it's work well for me and my skin type. I have an indoor job so struggle to get sun light. I also use red light therapy in the mornings hope that helps
@@markshonestreviewsandhealt6953 I don't work outside, but try to get sun whenever time and weather permits.. My last Vitamin D test a year ago was 76 so my levels were fine . I just upped my dose to see if I could raise my T levels and it worked but was too aggressive and my D levels were already on high end to start . I take zinc, nac,b1,b3,b12,,k2,magnesium and taurine.
@@joebrown6768 If you are taking a higher dose you need to know exactly your level your starting from. I was on high dose for about six months thinking I would go from 76 to 90 or 100 at most . Did not even think 125 was possible, but now I know. If you are starting from a lower level then I would think 10k daily would be ok for a while and then test to know for sure.
The best hack is to embrace the sigma grindset and edge like Patrick Bateman
@@GaryGeezer-l2s if that works for you my friend that is the way forward. Hopefully, a combination of bio hacks, supplements and the sigma grindset can bring on the Alpha 💪
If my test levels are lower than 250 should I see a Dr?
@@AndrewFraser-j7v hey, it all depends on how you feel. I would always recommend going to your gp and having your levels checked just in case it isn't t levels but maybe something else, low iron,B vitamins macronutrients etc things like sleep, stress management and movement are always priorities no matter if you are trying to increase your health or test levels so prioritize those if you know they are poor hope that helps 😊
Walking is the best exercise to lose fat and increase testosterone. If you walk more than 10,000 steps, you burn a good amount of calories and cortisol stays low. And you get light and vitamin D, which is considered very important.
Yes, love this, I agree from a fat loss perspective and reducing Cortisol this is a must walking in nature has so many benefits. Overall, a combination of HIIT and strength training is considered optimal for boosting testosterone levels, while relying solely on cardio may not provide the same hormonal benefits. Unfortunately, we have become people of the indoors including myself. This is why I try to use a D3 lamp and red light as in the UK winter is not always convenient or easy to get sun light. The light from either artificial or the sun has been shown to convert D into active D3. Great stuff thanks for the comment
I agree, if you have a "chronic" problem then you should definitely seek medical advise and help. If you are in non optimal ranges then implementing some of these strategies can help, especially if it involves simple changes like sleep, better programmed exercise, and reducing your cortisol. This is why I said this is a holistic approach. "Hacks" don't always mean quick wins, but over time small changes can equal big wins. This method worked for me and my clients. It's probably also worth noting even a small change in free levels can make a huge difference to how you feel, especially if you are not an extreme case. Thanks for your comment
Great review, but dude, i want to see it in action. Thats the only reason why i watch this video xD
@@gamef1re I know mate so sorry but the video didn't record at the time and it was too late by the time I came to upload. So sorry 😔
If someone has a legitimate chronic testosterone deficiency, no amount of "hacking" in the world is going to raise their total and free test levels significantly and permanently. I believe all the research shows this. And quite frankly, if someone is extremely low on testosterone then that poses a lot of Health risks, and they should consider balancing and an optimisation of their hormone profile, through TRT possibly, and done correctly through full panel blood tests and doctor consultations.
