@@Staplin94 well, I haven't had this car for a long time now, but when I had it I didn't find this was an issue or with the 2.0 litre model. Has your been lowered? I guess compared to an A6 this will be much lower due to it's sports profile

@@markshonestreviewsandhealt6953 So the only option is to set up 95 degrees:) I was about to buy this kettle but I see that it is not very economical purchase because it has 3000 W. On the other hand boiling water should take less time.. to compansate power consumption, which I can see is not the case. Thx.

@@Guest-m1c that's a great question as they are bulbs yes I imagine after many many hours and I'm talking 1000's yes they may need replacing but they are easy to replace and you can buy them from the manufacturer

I do know however from survival training that if you drink excessive distilled water for a prolonged period you'll create an electrolyte imbalance. Ultimately death is likely. Plainly speaking distilled water will leach the minerals we need from our bodies. Hard water is amongst the healthiest water you can drink. Britta type filters do a great job at reducing particulates you don't want and removing things like chlorine, but not stripping elements we want. Micro plastics are in our food chain so pointless worrying about them we need legislative steps to limit plastics more widely in the first place.

@luigiluigi2098 yeah, I agree, I used to add minerals back once I used distilled water. I don't need to do that anymore as the reverse osmosis machine I use has an additional process in which it adds the minerals back as it has an additional filter for this. I did a review on this device it's the aqua true. No, I'm not a scientist just a guy interested in trying to have good water 🙂

@@markshonestreviewsandhealt6953 Sure, but if you've had it 3 years....Interesting review, seems to be a few points you were nitpicking on but that's not a complaint, it's your car, but a bit of an odd review and I couldn't make my mind up whether you liked it or not at times. Most reviewers say that these are really well equipped and none have said the infotainment is as bad as you made it out to be. I have a 2009 XF and sure it's slow and outdated but it would be on an older car, but it's not that bad. I would imagine the Evoque to be an upgrade on that. Never understood the fuss about Android Auto, car play etc., I use a £5 USB dongle to play Spotify through the speakers and it works really well with decent sound quality.

@severnsea in answer to the 3 years thing you have to remember I'm a busy man I'm not a full time youtuber I'm a full time training consultant and health coach so I do these videos when I have time and when it fits it with my life it's not an essential thing I just like to give honest feedback about things I own. 3 years is actually the best time to give a review as I have had the car long enough to give you the full living experience. I'm not sure how you didn't get that I loved this car! The only few things I mentioned was the panel gaps, Infotainment and the way people perceived me. It's a great car. The Audi system is fine if you haven't used any thing better. I have had Audi's, mercedes etc and they are much much better. Android auto or apple car play is brilliant especially if you use Google maps and I personally use TH-cam audio for music. Like I said, it's fine but nothing compared to other systems I've used. The car is a great car one of my favourites I have had in regards to how you feel when driving it, comfort and ride. Hope that answers your questions 😊

@@despacito7940 the device in terms of filtering is excellent,however, the build quality isnt. I have had multiple leaks and it's a pain to clean. Will do an update video on this as I am looking to buy something different. Mine is old now, so I am not sure how long these really last. If you can buy an under counter definitely do that. I am currently doing my research will keep you updated.

I heard with hard water, the filter can get clogged up with likescale causing the leaks. But thats just from what I read online. Ive looked into Rkin and skuma systems but I dont know how well they will perform with contamination reduction.

@despacito7940 I have no idea it started leaking a few years ago and has progressively got worse. When you clean it it takes about 2 days for it to work again. It's very strange. I have heard of Skuma and they appear to be very good. Not many videos about them and I don't like watching content made by the actually company. That is one I am Interested in as it does hot water also I make mostly herbal tea during the day so this would be very helpful. If I do buy one I will review it. If you get one let me know as I would be interested in your thoughts. I can't afford a new one now until next year

@@whocares7912 TDS standard for total dissolved solids, the higher the number the more "stuff" your water has in it good or bad. Pure water with no minerals would be very low, but you want water to have minerals. Hope that helps.

@@maz872 hi mate, I haven't had this car in 4 years as I sold it after this video I did mention it was my last day with it. Had no faults in the time I owned it I think you are pretty safe with one of these it's the bigger boys that are getting stolen like the range rover sports, valar etc.

Just to add, you could buy a android tablet that would plug into your usb which you could use to override the existing system just for audio and maps etc amzn.to/4g3l42Z

@@jimph1 it doesn't have a specific time, I would say when you stop feeling that anything is coming out that's enough I would say no more than 1 -2 minutes per ear
