For some reason, I've been watching a lot of these lately. That's easily the most lint I've seen! Incredible. You might have saved lives by doing that.
Yeah, I'd say this was probably in the top 5 all time, maybe top 3, as far as the most lint I've gotten out of a residential dryer vent, and I've been cleaning dryer vents for 13 years now!
Glad you enjoyed it! I've been doing this for years but didn't think till recently about filming it and sharing it. My customers always appreciate what I do, but it's nice to know that I can share it with so many more people now and that they too can appreciate it!
Thank you! I like a process that is as clean as possible, so I've always favored a brush and vacuum to the air compressor tool that many services use. I always put black rubber mats down, which you can see in the video, to keep lint out of bark dust or whatever else the customer has around the edge of the house, in order to make sure the only evidence that I was there is that the dryer vent is clean and the dryer is working better! Not that there is lint scattered all over the area. So thank you for noticing!
That video is satisfying on at least two accounts: first, for the cleaning itself, second because I now know where all my missing socks have gone over the years. Thanks! 🙂
I don't know how I got here ,but, Im sitting here 9:30pm watching these type of videos on a Friday 🌃 night 🤣🤣 *Edit * but this is very oddly satisfying 🤣🤣
Very good job. I like the ones where they vacuum up all the dust and lint. Usually you just see a guy letting all that mess blow straight to his face, no mask, no goggles, nada. Just horrible allergies in the making.they need face shields!
Yeah, I tried using the air compressor cleaning tool you usually see used in cleaning videos but hated the results. A brush and vacuum works best in my experience. You can either hook the vacuum up to the duct line on the inside with an adaptor or turn the dryer on, like in this video, and brush from the outside in. I just don't see why guys wanna blow lint all over and make a big mess when you can let it go straight into a vacuum with little or no mess.
Glad you enjoyed it! I'm enjoying being able to share what I'm doing and seeing with people! I come across many interesting things cleaning dryer vents!
That was great 👍 👌...I live in Scotland and have never came across vent cleaning! How much do you charge for a job like that and how many years worth would that be? I think I have found my ideal job. Thought it was ear wax removal but this is even more satisfying. You are so lucky!!
Thank you! I charge a minimum of $95 and I can only assume that it's some where between 10 and 20 years of build up. I definitely enjoy what I do! It's satisfying not just cleaning out the vents, but also seeing how happy people are to have these kind of problems solved for them!
@@dominiondryerventcleaning5122 Thanks for replying. Very interesting indeed. Also well done for being so clean and tidy. I would definitely pick your company if I needed this service. Wishing you all the best.
When dryers vent to the roof, I typically clean from the bottom up so that it doesn't blow all over. I do actually have a mesh bag though that I can put over the vent cover in some situations so that I can catch the lint.
No, I only clean the entirety of the duct line and the lint trap cavity. If someone needs their dryer opened up and the components cleaned I refer them to an appliance repair company.
They weren't! They just replaced their dryer, thinking the problem was with the dryer, only to find the same problem with the new dryer. I've run across that scenario many times over the years.

This is my favorite one out of all the ones I’ve seen. 😊😊😊
Quite possibly the best, most satisfying lint removal video on all of TH-cam.

Best dryer cleaning vent video ever!! Not sure how the clothes got dried.. slowly..
Fire hazard for sure but now everything is clean..
First time I’m seeing an attempt to keep the lint contained. Thank you.

Thanks for showing how much was vacuumed up at the end of the video!!!
Unreal. I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that thing had NEVER been cleaned before you got to it.
Yeah, that was my guess as well. The house was around 20 years old and I'd say that was around 20 years worth of lint!
I know it smells amazing 😍
Please don't let me now become a lint addict.😂
Great content Dominion

Haha it beats pimple popping and ear wax removal by a long shot! This one is a year old and I just found it! Best one yet! Barb 😮

What is that black object you have in your hands?
The cleaner attaches to a drill.
No wonder people are so willing to take ‘broken’ dryers
You ain’t bottomed out yet??? Nope, 9 more feet to go!
How did her house not burn down!?!?
Suppose the vent is on top of the house? Won't the lint fly all over the neighbors yards?

W😵W! Such a fire hazard.
How don't they catch on fire?!!! Thats ridiculous .
Wow!
Unreal
Молодец.
How the F were their clothes even getting dry???

Where are all the socks ??....you know ??
They're living in a homeless shelter.
В течении какого времени набирается столько грязи?
