The dal dosa is yummy . Papa was posted at the foot hills of the Nilgiri & that’s where we got introduced to this dosa called Adai . Some ferment the batter but usually it’s not .
True Fall colours are magical . It’s my fav season too . Usually we visit the kids in Spring to Fall .. it’s so fascinating when that side of the world is will be covered in a cobbler crust of brown sugar , caramel, cider & cinnamon . 🍂🪸🍁💋🍁🍂

Down South we call this Dosa as Adai Dosa . Slightly grind it dar dara .Serve it with butter & jaggery on top of the hot dosa . See the difference.
Serve with white butter if possible 😊
