Thanks for detail video. it seems we have to climbed another mountain of unrealistic visa conditions. First find your employer and get offer, also your employer should provide undertaking that they tried to search local candidates before hire. I mean.. is this PR or employer sponsorship work visa ?

Hi Karl, I have a TSS 482 visa valid till March 2025 but i have not worked for the employer who sponsored me as we had a disagreement in the first few days. I was unable to find a house in Perth and needed time to find a house and settle down before commencing my job but the employer was not willing to provide time and just let me know that they are not willing to sponsor me further after working with them for just one day. I returned to my country and assumed the visa would go invalid but it has not been cancelled or anything in the last 6 months and remains to be valid. Can i apply for ACT 491 visa in such case? Hi KARL, Nice updates! My agent had applied for Canberra 190 Visa type and I am offshore. I got an invitation but didn't have any job offer from Canberra. My agent says that Canberra recently changed the criteria to have this eligibility and Earlier it was not mandatory to have a job offer in Canberra. Is it true?
He applied in Canberra Matrix without taking any points for the Canberra job offer still I got an invite.

After receiving a rejection for subclass 489 in 2015, would I receive visas for Subclass 491 or a study visa if I apply for the same? I was given three years of restriction from entering Australia for subclass 489 because clause 489.311 was not met. Will I receive rejection again due to the previous impression?

Hello, ICT Support Technicians (3131) Unit Group, Offshore, 5.6 Years of Work Experience (Positive Skilled Assessment by Assessment Authority), English Proficiency: Proficient, Matrix Points: 50 Only. EOI Score: 75. Should I apply for ACT 491 as I don't have high Matrix Score and it is tough to increase.
You would probably need a higher matrix score as the latest invitation rounds indicate. Thanks for watching

HI Karl. I got ACT nomination for 491 Visa, and i have more than 10 years of work experience but my work experience is not assessed by Engineers Australia as i thought it wont be mandatory. Now ACT officials saying that as i do not have work experience assessed they cannot consider my application for approval. So can you tell me what should i do. My all experience letters are genuine and currently i am also working in my nominated occupation. Can ACT officials give me time so that i can assess my Work exp from assessing body. Or can they cross check themselves by calling my employers about my experience. Please suggest me. As nomination is hard to get again

Hi Karl...My spouse is offshore and I am a student in Sydney...Can she apply as an overseas applicant and claim spouse points too as I have seen that we can claim points if ur spouse in working full time in Australia for at least 6 months out of 12...so based on this can she apply as an overseas applicant?

Hi Karl, if, while being offshore, a 190 applicant receives an invitation from NSW, would that jeopardize his chances of getting the visa? How about if the main applicant is onshore, but defacto offshore? Thank you kindly in advance for your help
