    This is really strange, but 7 years ago a woman at a yoga retreat with me would not stop asking me questions and my life; I was the only black person. She asked where I got my news, my political beliefs, and a lot more personal questions that no one take as a red flag, but it truly felt like this woman was taking notes and had specific questions she needed to ask me and no one else. It was so weird and really makes me think.

      My granddaughters and I take turns listening to our music as I drive. My 15 years old song came on and one of them said hurry up and change it I said it's okay let me hear the lyrics. It said something about you have you "period" so u can SMD...my reaction was WTF?! I informed them of how degrading the song is and hopefully they come to the same conclusion sooner than later!

    I remember when my great grandfather told me he was about to join malcolm x ooau in 1965 and was stopped by his brother who was still a rookie in the FBI. Apparently his brother told him "malcolm x is the main target right now with the united states government..they fixin' to make a move on him. Stay away from him if you wanna live" like a month later malcolm was assassinated. My papa was 25 at the time.

    My sister lived in Key Largo Fl. She had a Black friend in a near neighborhood she would visit. Soon drug pushers were coming in there and people would call the police but none would come. soon several people were on drugs but no help or police would stop the violence. My sisters Friend had 3 children and when she went to visit her friend was on drugs and shut my sister out. She tried to get help for her but it was impossible. Neighborhood disintegrated

    The thing is I’ve seen so many of these videos and it’s so obvious but everyone else in the world either doesn’t know or doesn’t seem to care and nothing is being done about it.
