Fantastic. Glad to see you making awesome content, remember seeing your post when you built the rig. AMS2 endurance this soon was a nice surprise...should tide us over until LMU [hopefully] next month. Can't wait to see more videos from you, really convincing stuff!
Biggest problem IMO with the three baseline setups is the lack of camber on the rear wheels. Just decreasing it from -1.4 to -2.5 drastically eliminates the loss of traction and OS on mid corner/corner exit. It also allows for less wing without the backend coming loose in heavy braking zones or high speed corners.
@@alexkayracing I'm not exaggerating when I say just that change alone improves the driving experience with these immensely. It allowed me to drop the rear wing to 1 without losing stability in the corners. I have no idea why their setup person went so extreme on the rear cambers. I'd also make sure you have the ERS mapped because especially at Le Mans it requires you to swap between on and off a lot or you'll waste your allotment before the lap is over and kill your lap time potential.
@@DustySticks yep I’ve got them mapped I just didn’t use them in the video cos I only planned to do 2 laps per car! Thank you for the setup tips I’m gonna try this tonight cos I was struggling with the rear coming out a lot I had to under drive the car

@@kirk464646 I almost had a heart attack for a second 😂 he was referring to the video chapter title in the description and it’s fixed now, thanks @oulu841 !
@@alexkayracing oh yeah sorry for not specifying, crazy good setup btw
Hypercars handle like shit. Ams2 already has that stupid slidey feel to the handling and you feel it even more driving these stupid cars. They're just re skinned dpi with more HP and less grip. Go play AC and get a few mods if you really wanna see what a Hypercar should feel like. This ain't it.
the cars feel pretty fine, a little on the slidey side but thats the default setup being a little bit unstable. you probably drove it for 1 hour without tweaking anything to your driving style. im not saying ams is better than ac but these cars are pretty decent
The hypercar mods on AC are not well made.
Also the LMDh cars are heavier and have less downforce than the DPi cars by design. I don’t think you really know what you’re talking about.
@@ri1288this dude has gone to like 3 channels crying about the lmdh cars on the comments 😂
@@CaptainKooshyep typical troll. to be ignored and not fed.
@@lucasmit8633hello! Can you share some tweak advices for the hypercars? Like brake boas, pressure tyres that you use... Thanks😊
