    I like it! Getting the weight low when you're talking about a slide-in camper is good, the camper is top-heavy enough. It also puts you shopping for new window units if anything goes wrong, and those are both easily found anywhere and WAY less expensive than any RV system.
    Sealing up the duct that carries away the warm air is a good idea, and you could consider adding a fan either on the intake or exhaust side to improve airflow over the condenser. To improve matters with the airflow at the cold side, just put a fan pointed toward the bunks to send the air that direction; adding a deflector might reduce airflow more than is healthy and cause the coil to freeze over.

    You probably already plan to use grey butyl tape around your vent covers. Looks like you did a good job engineering the install. Good job 👍👍

    It seems like your air intake is only allowing you to draw outside air, always cooling new air. If you drew from the opposite side you would be re-cooling inside air. More efficient?

    Looking damnnn goood! You should put a small 12V Radiator Fan in behind the AC to help it pull some air thoguh. Or even a huge PC style fan would probably work fine too.
