I wouldn't mind the vintage ones if they did fully embroidered logos on the front and shoulder logos but if they're just like the other ones then ya no even though they had the fisherman one
I've had my issues with Fanatics but if actual, authentic MIC jerseys with double shoulders, elbows and real fight straps are made readily available to the collecting public, that'd be a step in the right direction. They've always been expensive considering how much material goes into a hockey jersey compared to jerseys from other leagues so a number that begins with 4 is not surprising. I'd wait for them to be discounted or go on sale in the offseason.
Well if this catalog is INDEED true, honestly good on ya Fanatics. Good on ya for giving people multiple options and multiple very similar price points (outside the MiC's but then again I don't remember what Edge 1.0 and 2.0's retailed for back in the day). Plus the practice jerseys kind of remind me of a cross between reebok and Adidas for the style and the price staying the same is nice (at least that was retail for the Wild Indo practice jerseys at the Hockey Lodge in the Xcel Energy center when I went to the game a few weeks back). With that said I will probably end up getting a Retail authentic Wild jersey when they come out just to see and then maybe save for an MiC OR grab one when trade deadline happens or a player leaves or what not. Overall this is looking a bit more promising than even 6 months ago or when the announcement was first made.
My takeaway...I won't be able to avoid buying a couple fanatics jerseys afterall. White Fisherman and Capitol Building are heavy on my wantlist. Damn. 😂
This can’t be accurate because that capitals blue third was worn for the final time the other night as this was the last of its 3 year plan, it was even said to be its final night by the caps, so that can’t be accurate for next season’s jerseys since it has the blue third listed when it’s already been announced as retired.
