- Preparing charcoal for grilling or roasting can be quite a chore. Mahirap siya kung hindi ka sanay. Pag nagpaparikit ng uling, some people use gas, old rubber slippers, plastic, etc. Besides making too much smoke and may amoy na pwedeng humawa sa food, nakakapagod siya gawin.
What if pwede ka pala mag parikit ng uling na hindi na pinapaypayan? Start it, leave it, tapos ikalat mo na lang before mag ihaw or lechon. Almost effortless, convenient, and more efficient than what you're normally used to.
By the way, I'm not taking credit for this method. Back when 'yung channel ni Kafarmer is Bebe's Farm and Kitchen Adventures pa lang - back when wala pa yatang twenty ang videos nila, napansin ko 'yung ginagawa ni Lyndon pag nagpaparikit ng uling. Wala naman noon na explicit and specific na instruction kung ano ang gagawin, pero na-gets ko na. The only difference is I add cooking oil para mas malakas and mas matagal 'yung burn ng karton.
