We love the Nashville area and have a second home in Laurelbrooke which we bought in 2011. Almost sold it a few years ago( glad we kept it) but love the area too much even though our primary is in Florida. Property tax in Williamson county is so affordable especially when compared to Palm Beach County, FL. Our property tax in TN is only14k for a home assessed over 2m while we pay over 6-figures for a homestead property in Jupiter, FL our insurance has gone ballistic but the destruction is on all condos which in many case has tripled or been cancelled.

Those aren't Japanese beetles. Those are Asiatic ladybugs...which is why they look like ladybugs. Japanese beetles are green and bronze and much larger.
