Regents Park is a completely different park in a different part of London along with Richmond Park is also in a different part of London other than that your history is pretty much spot on

2:30 you say Richmond park not Greenwich, but you pronounce Greenwich very well when you did get the name right. Also the Navel college isn't part of the park it's an old navel college that up until quite recently was still used for training.
