@@hanhhoangRE I want to move to down south but my Husband's job is holding us here up north. I've been telling him I want to get a house in down south so we can move there when we retire. But the houses in orange county is crazy expensive and NOT much a backyard for me to plant tropical fruits and veggies. I have showed him homes in riverside he said too HOT. Corona he said NO jobs there. I checked houses in bellflower, lakewood there some tiny houses in the 500k but the houses so old that need major remodeling and HE's not a handyman. Which is more hot Riverside or Corona? or should I stay closer to orange county?
Meanwhile outside of that luxury home in ER the homeless population is ever increasing. Some of my family members who work hard and maintain their property are now having to put up with drug addicts, trash, human waste and noise at all hours. There is also plans for housing for this population in ER which will not screen for sex offenders or violent offenders.
why not just renovate the old house, also new houses are made the same way the old ones are made, maybe they can use steel girders instead and have a sprinkler system in case of fire. Looks like it's next to the freeway not the best spot, $1.2 mill seems like a lot. The lot is not very big. Great 1 story house for a bachelor pad, just not the greatest location.
Not the best location That’s correct. This is a new construction with one existing wall/structure which may classify it as a remodel. The builder saves in taxes and fees and other junk.. it’s so expensive to build in California.. and the people wonder why there’s no affordable housing...
@@hanhhoangRE I saw someone do that where they left just one corner stud of the original building and then built a whole new house, wonder why they did that, now I know lol. Maybe they can just replace that stud later one and no one will know or care.
God bless🙏 usa🇺🇸...,,
Beautiful and good design 👌👍👍

What does the yard and outside space look like? That's equally as important
The yard was great!

Insane that anyone would buy it at that overpriced home. It’s nothing but 2x4 and drywall. Post pandemic this will be 50% off. Lmao
