Greg was making a point and perhaps for a second time people ignored the message / intent and focused on the delivery of the message. It could be argued and is argued by many that the delivery method while not the intent was disrespectful. Greg is so eloquent and thoughtful when speaking on science, nutrition, and fitness that I think he is unfairly held to a higher standard all of the time. This is why I think having a single figurehead for the brand, CrossFit or MetFix, is problematic.
