Can i used CC Readial Ferst Blur for this effac lightning,,,
Try this instead
1- add tint effect to an adjustment layer
2- add curves to it
3- decrease the curves graph from below until whites are completely white and blacks are completely black
4-add cc radial fast blur to the adjustment layer
5-increase the blur acc to your scene
6-set the adjustment layer bending mode to screen and there you go
Thats a great free alternative! My assets are real volumetric and smoke assets so that always adds realism and detail but your steps would look great too depending on the shot

Question... what if we want to change the color of the shaft. How would you do that?
Pretty simple! You can add a tint effect and change the white color to any color youd like
Cool, but what if its a moving shot? Do I have to distort the light ray frame by frame to match the camera angle?

How did you select different points without having to retrack? @ 6:10
Once you analyze your scene with the 3d Camera Tracker tool, you have a ton of points in your scene that get generated from that initial track so that means you can always go back to that original layer with the 3d camera tracker effect, and with the effect selected, you can keep picking from those points. The title says "Create Volumetric Light in AE" which is inaccurate. The title should be more like "How to comp/3d track volumetric light stock elements into your scene".

Try this instead
1- add tint effect to an adjustment layer

This is not creating a volumetric light, this is click bait
This is obvious and useless.
Try this instead

do not waste your time with this video. it's only showing how to copy-paste his FX pack into the video and not how to actually create the light effects yourself...
