Wow that is one cool pistol! You are really great at finding such things. Wish they gave more shells honestly... they look pretty realistic although might have gotten the dimensions wrongly not sure... it looks like a 7.62x39mmR ammo than .22 long rifle but still pretty cool!
I would recommend swapping the barrel with a real lifecard barrel (they can be bought separately) so it's strong enough to withstand the blast of a real bullet.
