I weigh multiple times a day. But I'm like the husband. It is what it is. I get a kick out of the numbers. Down over 210lbs in 15 months. About 50 more to go. You can do this.

October 27th I started carnivore. 242lbs. As of today I am 226lbs. And I feel awesome the crazy thing is I did my research before starting the change which is what I suggest everyone do to avoid some of the side effects before they start. Thanks for sharing your experience

i tried to stick to this been on it but not losing weight like you guys are i feel depressed lately trying to lose 180lbs but weight im losing but its 3-4 lbs amonth not sure what im doing wrong i dont eat carbs no sugars black coffee in the morning no cheese no sweets not sure been doing this for last 6 months still over weight. im glad you guys are doing so well you guys are what motivated me to keep going on this i hope i can get to the point of where i can wear jeans comfortably again. thanks for your info and showing us your journy still inspiring me.
If you are a girl, you might need to up the fat. Otherwise, you might need to up your movement. The other thing to try is to mix things up. Up the amount you eat. Change the mix of fat and protein.

Post partum depression is more common after c sections. Perhaps because you’re healing while not getting any rest with a newborn. I am so happy that you have a good milk supply. The fact that you both seem so happy and energetic with all the baby/ toddler stress is a real testament to good nutrition. If you like lamb. Try some to see if thst is even more energizing.
No weigh November is a fabulous idea! I think younger women who are still having their cycle, should weigh themselves once a month on the same day of their cycle, not necessarily the same day of the month.
Ya are such a beautiful couple inside and out. Dr Abs has a video on microneedling. Super easy and effective. Plus you might consider taking in vital protein collagen peptides. Some people are for it and some against it. I'm 68 and those techniques work great for me. But I also need to tell you that I DRY fast sometimes and that is effective, too. Your young and your skin will tighten up because you still have lots of elasticity.
My anecdotal experience of brestfeeding and carnivore (i do eat some cheese, some Joghurt and a small portion of olives twice a week). With my first baby I ate pretty SAD but high fat and had grwat supply. Now 3 months PP Carnivore for those 3 months and Intermittent fasting for roughly 8/16 most days (not if I am super hungry that day, then I eat) I also have a great supply. I eat until I am full. No counting calories and I take Electrolytes (I also suffered from really bad headches the first month not so much anymore). I am so happy I had the courage to do it this time time around. I gained quite a bit of weight in both my pregnancies because I had been scared into thinking keto/carnivore are not ok when preg and bfing. Starting weight before pregnancies was around 110lbs. Now I am at about 150lbs 😪 (I am very small!) I have lost about 25lbs since August 😊

I am a mama to an 18 month old and we plan on trying again in summer for our second. I am nervous about going carnivore because I don't want my milk supply to drop. Yes I’m still drinking coffee. Usually with just heavy whipping cream. If I feel like I need a treat (and avoiding a carving for Icecream or cookies or something) I’ll make a latte with a sugar free syrup and the cream. But I try not to do that too often 👍

I lost over 100 pounds on keto but I was nauseous the entire time. It was horrible. Even after months it never got better. I tried it again recently to try to kick start stalled weight loss and my god I was sick. I just can’t do it. It’s made me absolutely hate meat and eggs. 😢
You need to look at the new videos being made by the carnivore community. LMNT is using a lot of maltodextrin and it is hindering healing & weight loss in many.
We are aware. The amount of maltodextrin in LMNt packets is so little and has no affect on your overall health. It’s too minuscule to worry about it. Ppl are overreacting.
Would either or both of you consider sharing a meal by meal what you eat in a day for an entire week? I'm asking because I really wanna know what I'm doing wrong. I thoroughly enjoy eating carnivore but I haven't had the huge weight loss that I've noticed most people experience, especially in that first month. After 3 months I have only lost 15lbs. I know I'm not strict carnivore... maybe that's impacting results. But there are others who are also not strict carnivore who have lost so much regardless. Personally, I’d be concerned drinking more than 1 per day. Ask your doctor if you want more - 👍
