ചപ്പാത്തിക്കും ചോറിനും പറ്റിയൊരു അടിപൊളി കറി പനീർ മസാല | Paneer masala Easy Paneer Butter Masala

Pin cheyumo
Ingredients for paneer masala
350g paneer
2 onions chopped
Small pc ginger chopped
8 big garlic chopped
Ensure that the paneer is small sized
Add a pinch of turmeric
1/4 TSP chilli powder
Salt, oil mix well
Shallow Fry paneer not for long time.
Make tomato paste with one tomato
Keep aside fried paneer
In the same pan add cumin, onion, ginger and garlic.
Add 3/4 tbsp pepper powder
Add 2 pinch turmeric powder
Add 1.5 tbsp coriander powder
Add 1 tbsp chilli powder
Ensure than powders are not burnt
Add tomato puree and 1 tbsp ketchup
Take handful cashews/badams and make a paste, first by adding some water and then by adding water.
Add fried paneer and coriander leaves
Add badam paste
Add some hot water
Let it cook
Add some water
Add 1/2 tbsp garam masala
Add some 1 tsp kasuri methi
Add cream 1/4 cup
Let it rest for 5 mnts
Add a slice of butter
