❓ Who we are?
We are a family of 4, escaping city life for adventures in the countryside. We use our van as a daily drive, to extend a day out and for family holidays.
We have a T5 VW 2004 campervan ready converted when we bought it but have added lots since buying it.

I’ve just finished a great book about forest bathing by M.Amos Clifford & that’s on the company you mentioned 👂🎧📕Last month I listened to The Lost Rainforests Of Britain which covers them all & is amazing just how many little pockets remain. Love the new loo, how did you survive without one. It’s the one thing I missed when we had out tiny Diahatsu camper but there was no room at all. Loving the drone too Ruth.Annie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

We pull the mattress down from the pop top as a topper . Otherwise I would find the bed uncomfortable

Hi 👋 thanks for your comment .
The fridge was in when I bought the van .
Mine is a waeco compressor fridge , not cheap tbh .
In The newer version you can remove the freezer, we rarely use the freezer so this is a great feature .
An alternative would be the compressor fridges that are like a box and you lift the lid .
These are cheaper and just as good but very bulky .
If I did a build myself I would also have my fridge higher up so I’m not crawling on the floor all the time .
