Today I will be finishing up #junkjournaljuly2024. It has been a great month of creating pages. Today's video I will be finishing the front cover and doing a flip through of all the pages.

This was AMAZING!! Loved how your cover turned out. I'd put the lock and wording at the bottom where you had placed it. Thank you for doing this every day, I know it was a lot, but you inspired me to get some of my stuff out and try it. Anne of Green Gables is one of my favorite books and I wish so much I could go to PEI. I'd love a card if you have enough. Can't wait to see what you do in August and hopefully I can follow along and do the projects with you. Blessing my friend!!

I would put it sideways under your closure at the edge of your decoration. This whole journal is amazing, you should be so proud of your achievement, what a wonderful keepsake/heirloom ❤️
You know to have done all of this in the 31 days, is some achievement.
Such a variety of techniques which have all come together, just beautiful.

Hello there. Your July journal challenge is done. I'm glad I stayed to see the completed journal. I heard you say you wanted to sew the fabric on your front cover, but it was too late. I've seen other crafters sew the fabric itself, and then glue it on the cover, another way to make it look like you sewed on the cover itself. And as for your sentiment for the cover, cut the words and glue each word in its perfect spot. Anyway, I loved your way of including an affirmation for each day. Thank you for sharing. WoW! Just amazing creativity! So in my eye the lock needs to be clustered near the key. The chipboard word would look great just slightly angled across the lower flower, to draw the eye away from the larger white flower at the top. It would balance it out. ❤. The faux leather cover if beautifully done. A wonderful keepsake of your creativity.😊❤

This is an awesome journal Mich. I think you should put the affirmation on the front. It fits in perfectly and I like the way you had it at the beginning. I love Anne of Green Cables. It is on my bucket list to go there someday. You are going to have a great time. TFS
