since you're talking about food in this video: I made your lentil chili the other night and by the way it was SO GOOD but I had a slight misshap and my blender lid flew off and chili went everywhere and both of my dogs got covered in chili (which they had fun licking off themselves and the floor). Apparently if you put hot things in a blender it puts off so much heat that the pressure is too much for it to contain. I'm definitely making it again but I think I'll skip the blender part!
Haley Nicole take the little see through part of the lid off and cover with your hand or a paper towel.. it might help the heat escape better !!

The mcdougal noodle cups are amazing!😋 We always use half of the seasoning packet so it's not so salty, also it just taste better that way to us. 😉
Bychloe is amazing!!!! Also its great to stay healthy but dont get caught up in the calories or protein and fat, Eating vegan or plant based gets you all the nutrients you need if you eat enough food and a variety of food. Theres nothing meat or dairy gives you that plants don't!!

A super healthy recipe I love is to just cut up sweet potato into chunks and cook it and then mix in spices and while you continue cooking it mix in kale and chicken sausage and once it's all cooked add some olive oil and it's so good

one of my easy go to meals right now is homemade potato tacos..... I either roast homemade potato wedges or use tater tots, a couple corn tortillas, melt a tiny bit of cheese on the tortilla, add the potatoes, add a little siracha mayo, a giant handful of a southwest salad mix (with shredded lettuce, cabbage, carrots and cilantro), and if I have it, top it off with some chunky salsa.....yum!
