To make things simpler you can skip most shows, as they aren't that important. I would still recommend watching Loki, Wandavision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and Secret Invasion as they have some pretty important stories and tie ins.

8:48 This is not the right order at all - those xmen movies are set earlier but they don't happen until the original xmen movies lead into days of future past
The time travel that takes place in days of future past happens in the original timeline and causes the xmen apocalypse timeline to be created
This would be the right order:
1. First class
2. Origins wolverine
3. Xmen
4. X2
5. Xmen 3
6. The wolverine - post credit in this leads to days of future past
7. Days of future past - time travel in this erases pretty much everything after first class
8. Apocalypse
9. Dark phoenix
After this is where the timeline gets all weird and messed up with deadpool and logan. Logan does take place later in the timeline than deadpool but it causes events in deadpool 2 and 3. The way i would watch them is:
10. Deadpool
11. New mutants
12. Logan - takes place in 2029 but causes a reference (big spoiler for logan) in deadpool 2 and directly leads into deadpool 3
13. Deadpool 2
14. Deadpool & wolverine

Some corrections and notes on your timeline. Black Widow and Black Panther take place after civil war To be exact, Black Widow immediately after Civil War and Black Panther a week after Civil War. Jessica Jones S3 and Punisher S2 take place a month before Infinity War, that is, around April. The X-Men timeline is much more confusing and complex and this makes the order to watch its movies more specific than just seeing the date where they are located, for example, the prequel saga occurs after days of future past. Finally, although phase 4 is a bit confusing for the timeline in terms of what to see first, Loki should come after endgame as they are busy events and after Loki what if would follow

Well, in Civil War Tony tells Natasha that they are going to look for her and in Black Widow we already see her as a fugitive. In Black Panther they mention that the attack on Lagos where King T'Chaka died was a week ago and following Disney's order. Plus Black Widow goes between Civil War and Black Panther, now the events that guide Loki Season 1 come directly from Endgame so to understand it it would be better to see Loki exactly after and the truth is that the events of Loki are somewhat timeless to everything, in terms of to Punisher and Jessica Jones there are dates that could indicate that they occur in January-February, April-May and November, and well, those of April and May fit with the fact that in Punisher we find a song that came out at the beginning of March 2018 and that has to happen before the blip​@@RayanFarooqui-n8b

I know this film isn't well liked compared to other films in MCU Phases 1-3. But I figured Captain America: The First Avenger would take place before The Avengers because the film's opening/ending takes place in modern time while most of the film was a time piece to tell Cap's origin obviously. And i kind like to think Captain Marvel would be first as it's events take place in the 1980's with a young Nick Fury & Phil Coulson with the end of the film showing Fury planning to start the "Avenger Initiative".

I personally would recommend watching morbius after across the spider-verse because miguel says that kingpins collider is the reason that villains and spider people keep on getting transported to other universes and that explains why vulture appears in morbius's universe and makes morbius slightly better as a movie and explains the continuity better

You could probably get by without the netflix shows, but shows like Loki and Wandavision are pretty important to the timeline. Just watch them at your own pace and you'll probably be fine.

With the exception of WandaVision (which ties into Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness) and Loki (which ties into everything about the multiverse), the shows are largely optional. I would highly recommend Daredevil, however, since it’s peak Marvel content.

I started with Infinity War (inadvertedly), and though it is one of my least favorite MCU films (because of its bleak ending) I wanted to know if they could revert this, and then started watching the other Infinity saga films. I did not watch them in order, but by character, starting with Guardians of the Galaxy, as this came highly recommended (and I loved it), same as Black Panther, and then the Avengers movies, the Captain America movies, the Thor movies, etc. with the new movies in cinema in between.
I would not recommend this order, but I did not have problems with understanding the movies, as each movie had its own adventure, and I did not have to have seen the movies that came before to understand them, though, when I rewatched everything in order of release with my brother, I noticed that it does improve the fun. But a lot of refernces between movies worked both ways. Seeing Thanos in the GotG and in one of the post credit scenes was just as fun a reference after I knew whould happen than it would have been the other way round.
So everyone who wants to jump in the MCU who has not seen any of the movies - you can start with any movie (or show) except Endgame, which is the second part of a 2-parter. And every additional movie will improve the enjoyment of the next movie. Knowing what I know now, if I was new to the MCU, I would start with the newest one and continue watching the newest one in the cinema (just because everyone is talking about them) and in the time between movies, I would rewatch the old ones in release order (and I would include the Eric Bana Hulk movie, as this fits perfectly as a prequel to The Incredible Hulk, albeit with different actors). Or ask someone who has seen them all, which movies or shows are most relavant to the latest movie and watch them first. For Deadpool&Wolverine, I would recommend the Loki show and of course the other 2 Deadpool movies and maybe the Wolverine Origin movie (even though many do not like it, but for newcomers, it does explain who Wolverine is).

I put the original X-Men series after What If...? and before X-Men '97.

Personally, I would watch the first three xmen movies between First Class and Days of Future Past because of the time travel shenanigans and the fact that, following Logan himself through the movies, the first three xmen movies come before Days of Future Past, even though they were technically set in a later year. If you have never seen an Xmen movie, this timeline should make the confusion that is Days of Future Past actually make sense and fit in the story. So my timeline would be First Class, Xmen, X2, Last Stand, DOFP, Origins Wolverine, Apocalypse, and so on. Do with this information as you like, I'm completely fine if you disagree, I could be completely crazy.

Origins wolverine can't be set after dofp because that movie changes the way he's captured by stryker, as well as how he escapes after the weapon X experiment. In my opinion it should be watched between first class and the original X-men movie. I agree with the rest of your timeline though
