Fun tip: If you hold down your map button, a more detailed map pops up explaining how many chests are on your level which you haven't opened and how many secrets you haven't uncovered!

Wow had no idea..
I enjoy the map, but I wish opening the map allowed me to scroll around the entire found map so I can see if I missed an area. But it just shows what the overlay shows besides the secret and chests number.

Fun tip: You can pick up multiple blocks of TNT on your head, a maximum of three, and throw them all at once to deal triple TNT damage!

Just a tip: your power level is essential to what gear you are getting. Always swap to the highest level gear before opening obsidian chests(or any other good chest that will give you an item) and before leaving areas, and possibly before beating bosses. This will help you power level gear and get super high lvl gear
If you're a Diablo veteran or the like (Torchlight, PoE, etc), I would suggest not worrying about the power level requirements. I jumped straight into the hardest difficulty I could like I always do in ARPGs and had a fun and pretty challenging experience. It makes secrets that much better when you have to fight for your life to find them.
This is the best way to play games like this for me. Otherwise it's too easy and may even be to boring... Unless that's what you like. But for me, challenging but not difficult is the best.

Hez Will level 70-ish is normal... Apocalypse mode you just need to farm the gear you need. Once you finish the build, go strait for the boss.
3:52 yea sure but have you used the scatter crossbow with multi shot and dual shots with fireworks? You literally have a nuke in your pocket at all times.
Ikr i killed pretty much any boss in under 3 mins its so broken

Emerald Tip!: When at the camp look around for chests! If opened you can find emeralds or health items!

Tom is disrupted because of your cringe and a trading system other than salvaging items and then buying new ones. If they add in more villagers that can make an interesting economy, that would be cool
yeah i really need a combining feature since ive lost so many armor sets with enchantments i really liked (ESPECIALLY the lightning rolling one)
jers I had to salvage renegade armor I had with flaming roll and lightning. Not the most op armor, but it’s so fun to just roll around and set everything on fire and electrocute enemies

For most of my playthrough I had no idea that you could equip multiple of the same artifact at the same time. That would have been really helpful early on, since the mushroom is just so good.

@@Merlin13371 get a harp with bomb arrows and trigger the melee repeatedly. Worked for me.
For some weapons, they use the 1, 2, 3 manual attack system. 1 weakest, 2 slightly stronger or same, and 3 being the highest. The game actually “stores” your last manual attack. So if you pressed twice, the next attack coming out is #3. This being, if you feel there’s a huge group, you can do 1, 2, then charge in with 3 and follow up with artifacts etc
They need to add a better online system, where you can do randomly generated online dungeons with strangers

Ehh, i spend them when there's a large imbalance between my gear and artifacts.

the glaive is great for all levels, the soul healer is over powered it’s like having 3 extra heath potions whenever you are fighting enemies, exploding enchant is very good when level 3, final charge or chance or whatever enchant is really good especially if you have the deathcap mushroom and the iron amulet cause then it will use them automatically for free when you get low on hp, long bow fully charged with enchants like power and growing and chain reaction is the way to go, growing is very good especially against bosses, enchanted slimes are scary even at level 50, any armor that speeds up attack is good as long as it also protects you from attack in some way.

when you do heart of ender or whatever its called (final boss), when it does the spiral beam thing, instead of running away, literally the next best thing is just running through it to the other side
Pro tip: equipment that gives you more Power doesn't necessarily mean it's better.
Pro tip 2: Unique items aren't always better than Commons or Rare, depends on the enchantments/damage they have.
Pro tip 3: Right before spending Emeralds at the camp, change your entire gear to the most powerful items you have in your inventory, just for as long as you're buying chests. The loot in the chests is equivalent to your Power, not to your Level. So changing your entire gear (including artifacts) to the maximum Power possible, will give you better loot when opening chests. You can change the equipment back to your prefered gear after you're done buying chests and before going into another dungeon.
I have a tip/fact that you may not know the gear in a certain level you can only can get a unique of. If this doesn’t make sense I will give a example so in the secret mushroom level you can get a explosive crossbow, mace, scythe, claymore, wolf armor, and (i think at least) a normal crossbow. The uniques you can get because of this are explosive crossbow=fire bolt thrower, mace=flail, claymore=someheart thing ( I can’t think of the name) wolf armor=fox armor, and scythe=jalior’s scythe. Also I think their are a few weapons that don’t apply to this rule 1 of them (if not mistaken) is a unique axe that can be drop from fiery forge. I hope this helps some people if they didn’t know where to find a certain unique weapon at.
You want to put on the highest level gear you have when using the merchants. Gear level from the merchants is based on current power level, not character level. Same thing for the drops you'll get in dungeons (to an extent) from chests and killing enemies.
On the part where you say the power level suggestion is important, it's important after your first play through. I did the entire default difficulty by going on the highest difficulty I could right off the bat. With the exception of the cauldron boss cause that was rough. But the rest I did well with along with getting nicely rewarded. But tried it again in Adventure and it's ROUGH
Yeah the cauldron is just as difficult as the final boss, which is sort of odd seeing as though it is like the second level of the entire game

Tip: 2:52 you wiil see a gold tree and right next to it there's a castle so go next to it and roll right to the other side and a golden chest will appear. right next to the golden tree you have to roll xbox:RB PC:I don't know so first you will not see a chest but when you roll over there it will appear or you can go forward a bit and you can see a place where you can walk to the other side. I once had a weapon with the leech enchantment doubled. That was OP as heck
I beat the game in three days, just grind out soggy caves.
What did you grind for? And did the finishing include adventure and apocalypse mode or just default? Because adventurer and apoc modes actually unlock a lot more fun and powerful stuff, along with several new uniques and weapons.
Sage Sage there is an obsidian chest at the end, it guarantees good gear for you level. You can complete it on whatever difficulty you want.
Just do the desert temple obsidian chest you can get it within like 1 min 30 seconds of entering the mission.

I found a fighters bindings with two randiances and a critical hit. I'm basically being healed 8/10 strikes (which the gauntlets are fast af) for a decent chunk of health and throw a death cap mushroom for attack speed and some armor. It might be the one of the tankiest set ups

There is a way to kill ranged enemies with melee easily, on a weapon put the enchantment gravity and it will pull enemies into it.
I just got gravity on a Firebrand a couple days ago and it’s my favorite weapon so far. Gravity is amazing!
Claymore and echo, by far the best combo for it. Its slow so having that extra one hit is essential
Claymore, Death Cap Mushroom and the Echo enchantment is really fast lowkey. The Great Hammer with Echo too is kinda fast as well
You can also add rampaging for a chance of increased attack speed after killing mobs
honestly save your emeralds and wait until you’re max power since they never increase in price. you’ll get more bank for your buck (emerald)
Using the blacksmith or wandering trader at another player's camp can increase your level chances depending on if they have a higher level than you
harp bow with multishot enchant + firework arrow. ez screen clean or does up to 2000+ damage close range at power level 25

I had a bone bow I had increased our side exploding arrows and multi shot that’s what I recommend getting
My friends and I use Infinity and Multishot bows bows (if bow shoots more than 1 arrow its best) spam rocket and fire arrows for days
Rapier and thundering is really good

Do the unique weapons level up the more you use them or do you have to find other with a higher lvl on it?
Sadly they don’t and you’ll notice when they start to fall behind. There is talk of a new trader that’s coming that lets you level up items but that’s not in the game yet

Swirling is best on the soul knives as it procs on every hit due to the soul knives only having one hit in its combo.

Well right now the blacksmith you give him emralds and a peice of gear and you beat 3 levels and the gear will be stronger. And the other will give you 6 options to choose from, there is a loot crate one, and a luxerly one, oh there is one that takes gold to change echantments. If you want to rechant the blacksmith and echanter will disachant and give you all your echantment points.

should have a tiny tip as, when your near a hidden chest, you will hear a weird noise. and the closer yu r the louder it is..
also in begginin of the game is not easy to die by putting 1 above your power lvl to get better loot. thats what i did. i didnt die once till i went into apocolypse mode and max difficulty. im lvl 120 trying to get PL108 gears. and man i only gotten 1. thats it so hard to find them.
By the way every 10 levels your ranking of gear goes up which means if you buy as much gear as possible from the blacksmith every ten levels then you end up profiting
the creeper crypt makes the most emeralds per run, i make an average of 3500 per go
The power level isn’t really useful sometimes cuz you can have an item that’s better than an item that’s a higher power level
punch 3 on bows is the ultimate creeper counter
Does anybody know which stages I should be farming for weapons? I’m on default difficulty and even soggy cave VII (7) is still too difficult for me. I couldn’t find any guides either.

Ok, ok here me out...here's my favourite build for ranged. Automatic crossbow (it's a unique variant) Fused shots (bombs) with rapid fire, multi shot, or growing arrows. Save up as many arrows as needed, if you have an enchantment for looting, you'll get arrows a lot. Then, obliterate everything.
Accelerate would be better than rapid fire.
TheNeekOfficial the crossbow has Accelerate automatically. So you could probs stack it.

Keep hearing people say enchants can stack. Does this mean 2 gear with same enchant? Or is it the ability to tier 3 a enchant?
Meaning on the same item if you have two thorns itll stack. So if you put one point of enchanment on each diamond slot it'll give you 200 since each one is 100%
where did you get the idea that certain weapon/artifact combos supercharge their abilities? all I'm seeing on twitter is them show casing possible combinations.
Because there are weapon enchantments, passives, armor passives, etc that do augment each other, such as things that buff soul harvest rate that then interacts with armor that amps artifact damage. Things like that certainly exist.
Soul fists with radiance and the mushroom artifact gives you infinite health if you add the gravity enchant to the fists it makes it even more op

I think Mc dungeons is mybfavourite dungeon crawler game, not because its Minecraft, its just perfect and the mechanics are very simple to understand and its ez to understand without a vid, but this is helpful also
M3X0R4X yes but the simplicity is also its demise, to be a competitive and long lasting game it needs a wide veriety in skills and you need to be able to see your stats to min/max it. Especially Crit ats and cooldown.
The traders don’t actually drop gear based on your level it’s based on your power. I’m over level 200 but if I equip low power gear I get low power gear
For people who have already beat the game the only way to get max power gear is the wondering trader and blacksmith to get 108 power gear
I've beaten the game on apocalypse the first one is wrong just get a good a unique weapon with some kind of healing enchant and you'll be fine
I have soul fists with flame and leeching... it’s not really a good combination because the flame kills mobs more than half of the time.

Higher levels do level you up faster tho. Its best to not go too high up without having some friends. I played higher levels then recommended and leveled up so fast.
I get this was a week ago, but you’re straight up level 5 if anything now is the time to learn and there isn’t anything for you to look back to that makes you wish you knew any of these tips sooner. Don’t mean to send any hate.

You can’t just get it you have to go through levels and the 4 hidden levels and such
The best wepeons in the game are unique and gilded

I found a weapon at level 13 that took me through my first and second play through, it was a unique gravity hammer that had two sharpness enchants
me when you showcase soulfists and shockwave: "BRUH"
The don’t horde your emeralds strategy isn’t really a good strategy anymore bc the luxury merchants items cost a LOT of emeralds so you might need 1,000 for just one item! I know there was only the wandering merchant and the blacksmith at the time but now, it isn’t really a good strategy.

he he running head first... that's how I play and yea it works quite well to be honest but from what I've seen people playing I've played quite differently
The last tip is kinda misleading. Had a chest which gave - 25% cooldown. Than had the double enchant of - 27% cooldown. While the chest effect and one enchantment did stack, the second enchantment did not. It was still - 52% instead of - 79%
You want a real tip when buying from the blacksmith wear all your mix matched gear for the highest power level you can get so you get better rolls, even if the items don't go together just raise the power level up high as you can to get the best items. Also if you want to test an item build before scraping your old build by salvaging it, just clone the character on the main menu and test it out
Legit if you have half a brain you should already know everything explained in this video by just playing the game, if people really didn't know any of these "tips and tricks" they are going to fail at life. I mean everything here explained you can learn by just reading and playing the game lol.
If you are not a child and like this game, I urge you to try Path of Exile. It is free and extremely addicting. Not to say dungeons isn't fun, but POE has a lot more depth, and is considerably longer than this game. Plus it's a bit easier to get loot that is actually at your level, and there are many more abilities and weapon types, as well as a great skill tree. That's my 2 cents, anyway.
